Heya - this is supposed to be about me, but seeing as I deliberately blog under a pseudonym I am keeping it intentionally vague.
I live in Illinois in the Chicago-Milwaukee metro corridor. I work pretty close to home, and don’t always love my job (HA! Just got a new job, maybe I’ll be able to change that line). I DO love being creative, and have a short attention span and tend to flit from one project to the next, which means I have had lots of opportunity to try different types of arts and crafts. A partial list includes fabric painting, origami, beading (stringing and weaving), lampwork glass, cake decorating, ceramics, multi-media sculpture, drawing, crocheting, knitting, spinning and fiber dyeing. Besides the variety of crafts I indulge in I also play guitar and sing (although I don’t claim to be skilled.)
I am hyper social and like to cook for my friends. This frequently ends up with folks over at my house to join me in indulging in my hobbies, while I feed them more food than humans were meant to eat.
