Here is some stuff I have been reading that I thought folks might like:
- More Local, Less Plastic - The Local Beet: Chicago - Living plastic free for a week.
- Close Woven Basket Lattice - The Walker Treasury Project - I think I am going to have to design a scarf just so I can knit this - well, and wear it!
- Lacunae Mitts and Hat - Knit Spot - I think this is an awesome gender neutral set of Hat and Mitts.
- Girasole - Brooklyn Tweed - OH So Pretty - I want this on my lap.
- Three Cups of Tea - This is a review of a book that I read earlier this year, I thought the review was a good one. While I had some quibbles with the writing style of the book, it is well worth the read. I think the story makes up for any deficiencies in the writing.
- Gaming addiction -”Calling it a “gaming addiction” distracts us from the real problems.”
- Doggie justice - Very cool, and I am sure something that won’t surprise pet owners
- Video games and torture -I think an interesting comment on morality in MMORPGs
