Two great tastes in one!
I really enjoy it when two very separate things come together. I have a bunch of stitch pattern books by Barbara G. Walker that are quite well known and very popular in knitting circles. When I was sorting books out for my recent book purge I ran across “The Woman’s Encyclopedia of Myths and Secrets” and “The Secrets of the Tarot” also by Barbara G. Walker. I did a bit of internet digging and yes indeedy - they are the same person.

Wow, I had no idea she’sd written other books! Cool!
I think it is interesting - so many of her books are collections of knowledge (encyclopedias etc.) - seems like she had a penchant for it.
Hey Whichy! Thanks so much for the comment. I’m really glad they are back too. If you know anyone who would like two bags of raw wool…from when I sheared Mutton and Chops…I’ll be happy to send. I don’t know what to do with it. The wooly buggers are almost ready to shear again.
Do you know what kind of sheep mutton and Chops are? That might really make a difference. If the sheep are a meat bread, their fleece might not be very usable for many fiber purposes. I have lots of friends doing woolly stuff - (including me, obviously) and if they are a usable fleece breed I can think of many folks who would be interested.
Hey did something happen? I was expecting a shipping estimate for the fleeces, and I never saw anything come through. If you have decided to do something different with them, that is cool - but I realized that I hadn’t heard back from you in a while.
