I think I didn't believe the pattern over my experience. And *everyone* needs some self-striping yarn . . .(nods sagely), its good for the soul . . . and the stash. ;) Thanks for commenting! Frogged that pair and haven't started them again yet. I didn't like how my yarn looked so I "need" to get some self-striping yarn. :) yep...any excuse to pad the stash.
